GwMA Holiday Meeting - December 6, 2023
GwMA held its December Holiday meeting at the Little Gardens in Lawrenceville, Georgia on December 6, 2023. This session also was held as GwMA’s “Annual Meeting” and included the nomination and election of the GwMA Executive Board for 2024.
Members elected Lawrenceville City Council Member as President and Suwanee City Council Member Beth Hilscher as Vice President. Mayors Trey King of Dacula, Brandon Hembree of Sugar Hill, Barbara Bender of Snellville, Craig Newton of Norcross and Mike Mason of Peachtree Corners will continue as executive board members during 2024.
In addition to the board election GwMA members recognized Auburn Mayor Linda Blechinger, Duluth Mayor Nancy Harris and Lilburn Mayor Tim Dunn for their years of service and support to GwMA.
