GwMA Meeting 02.01.2023 GMA Headquarters Gwinnett Delegation Meeting

GwMA members invited all Gwinnett Delegation Members to join them for an early 2023 General Assembly kickoff at the new headquarters facility for the Georgia Municipal Association.  For this session GMA hosted a luncheon format and ordered nice February weather so that members could walk from the Capitol.

Attendees were able to hear from the House and Senate members about the session and outlook for the remainder of the year.  GMA’s Jim Thornton and Larry Hanson offered remarks about the relationships with GMA and our president, Dacula Mayor Trey King presided over the meeting.  Issues important to both GMA and GwMA were discussed, and each Delegation member was asked to share what was on their mind.
